Shipping

1. Products are dispatched through reputable courier services.

2. Shipping to areas with prohibitory orders is not available.

3. Expected delivery time frame is:

   1. 4-7 working days for metros.

   2. 7-14 working days for non-metros.

4. Individual customers will enjoy free shipping. 

5. Enterprise/business customers will be charged a shipping fee equivalent to 2.5% of the total invoice amount.

 

Installation

1. Complimentary installation is provided in Pune for all wrap and film products.

2. Subject to the warranty clause, damages arising during installation will be covered under AJ Customs® warranty up to the value of the purchased product.

 

Warranties

1. Warranty claims are processed by the product brands retailed by AJ Customs®.

2. AJ Customs® will act as a facilitator for applicable brand warranties without assuming any liability.

3. AJ Customs® offers warranties on installations done by our installers.

4. Certain conditions might render warranties void. Discuss with your sales representative for comprehensive warranty details.

1. We collect data necessary for billing, creation, and shipment of products.

2. The collected data aids in order fulfillment and predictive analytics.

1. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards and UPI payments.
